Hoiana has a head office in Vietnam. Depending on the extent of your interactions with Our Products, your personal information may be stored in or accessed not only within Vietnam but also from many countries. When we transfer your personal information to other countries, we will ensure that it is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is permitted under applicable privacy laws.

5. How to Protect Personal Information

At Hoiana, security is our highest priority. Our systems are designed with the safety and privacy of your information in mind.

a. We have appropriate technical and security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access and use of personal information. We also regularly coordinate with security experts to update the latest information on network security to ensure the safety of personal information. When collecting data, we keep and secure personal information at the server system, and this personal information is secured by firewalls, access control measures, and data encryption.

b. We do not store your payment card information (full name, card number, CVV number) issued by financial institutions. Your online payment transaction (if any) is made on the relevant bank’s system and is not stored by Hoiana.

6. Internet and Third Party Advertising

Our Products may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and applications. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, or services.
